Executive Director/Registrar - Aaron Tetu
Mr. Tetu is the chief operating and administrative officer of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and is responsible to the Commission for the proper management of all aspects of the Commission activities. Mr. Tetu has responsibility for planning, policy development, finance and administration, personnel and day-to-day compliance with The Real Estate Act and Commission Bylaws.
Deputy Registrar - Nina Criddle
The Deputy Registrar is responsible for the registration and education functions of the Commission including working with registrants, students, third parties and the general public to ensure issues are identified and follow-up is completed. The Deputy Registrar also assist with matters related to legislation, governance and compliance that impact on the operations of the Commission.
Administrative Assistant - Lynnell Reid
Legal & Compliance Department
This department is responsible for complaints, investigations, discipline and the application and interpretation of The Real Estate Act, its Regulations and the Commission Bylaws. Information about how to make a complaint, including an online complaint form, is available on the Commission’s website under the “Consumer Information” heading.
      Legal & Compliance Manager - Bill Craik
The Legal & Compliance Manager leads and manages all legal, compliance and investigation functions of the Commission. They can provide information on discipline matters (including statement of facts, consent orders and hearings), provincial real estate legislation and standards of registrant conduct.
Compliance Officer - Amanda Kimpinski
The Compliance Officer assists in all legal, compliance and investigation functions of the Commission. They can provide general information about ongoing investigations, provincial real estate legislation and standards of registrant conduct.
Compliance Officer - Crystal Jamieson
The Compliance Officer assists in all legal, compliance and investigation functions of the Commission. They can provide general information about ongoing investigations, provincial real estate legislation and standards of registrant conduct.
Legal Assistant - Allie Lang
To provide administrative support to the legal & compliance department in all aspects of complaints, investigations, discipline, and brokerage inspections.
Systems Administrator - Jason Weiler
Mr. Weiler is responsible to analyze, plan, design and maintain the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission’s website and its computer systems.
Controller - Richard Cote
The Controller is responsible for coordinating and managing the financials of the Commission on a day-to-day basis and compiling various financial reports for Commission internal and external audit.
