Unless suspended or cancelled earlier, every certificate of registration expires at midnight on June 30th next following the date of issuance.
A)

Brokerage/Broker

The registration form entitled Brokerage/Broker Registration Application must be completed.
|
(2)
|
The registration renewal fee for a brokerage is $200.00
The registration renewal fee for a broker is $300.00
REIX E & O Insurance Premium $175.00

(3)
|
Pursuant to Bylaw 403, every broker making application for registration renewal effective July 1st shall be assessed an annual Real Estate Assurance Fund levy of $10.00.
|
(4)
|
Pursuant to Bylaw 317, a brokerage registration will not be renewed unless the Annual Financial Report and any late filing or other fees have been received and accepted by the Commission prior to the registration renewal date.
