Every brokerage must complete a monthly trust liability listing containing the following information for all trust funds held in accordance with section 71 of the Act: (a) the names of the parties to the transaction; (b) the trust account number and name of the financial institution; (c) the address relating to transaction; and (d) the amount of funds being held in trust for each transaction.
